Sample Recipe from

1 pound Italian sausage
1 large onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cups frozen spinach

  1. Slice sausage the long way or cut in chunks and cook in skillet with olive oil until it begins to brown.
  2. Add onions, pepper, and garlic to pan and cook until onions begin to brown.
  3. Stir in frozen spinach; cook 5 minutes.
  4. Serve over pasta or rice. Serves 2-3.
